The Blu Premium starter kit is probably the top recommended starter kit – you’re just getting into smoking e cigarettes. The kit comes with a black or white case, depending on your preference, along with two batteries, two chargers, and a five-pack of flavored cartridges. The pack’s design alone is almost enough reason to make the purchase. It is sleek and smooth, the perfect combination of an iPhone and a pack of cigs. I was impressed as soon as I laid my eyes on it and couldn’t wait to show it off.
One of the great features of the Blu Cigs premium starter kit is that you get to choose the strength and flavor of you e-cig cartridges. Flavors include: vanilla, cherry, menthol, tobacco, coffee, pina colada, and even peach schnapps! You also have control over how nicotine-heavy your smoking experience is: the cartridges come in a range of strengths from 16mg of nicotine per cartridge all the way down to 0mg per cartridge. After some thought, I ended up choosing vanilla flavored cartridges with 12mg of nicotine each.
Blu Premium Smoking Experience
The smoking experience is also a major plus for the Blu Cigs premium starter kit. The flavor comes through wonderfully and unlike with some other e-cigs, you actually get the sensation that you’re smoking something, not just inhaling warm steam. Also, I found my choice of nicotine content to be more than adequate for my smoking needs. After 5-10 puffs, the cartridges consistently delivered the wonderful feeling I for so long associated with normal, toxic smelling, teeth decaying, non-electronic cigarettes.
All in all, my experience with Blu Cigs has been wonderful. The case is awesome, the cartridges and battery life are praiseworthy, and the actual smoking is a real treat—you can even blow rings! One of my biggest concerns with electronic cigarettes was that they wouldn’t deliver the same nicotine punch that regular cigarettes do. This was not the case at all with Blu Cigs!
